This is an additional service. To order an additional service you need to log in to the Control Panel. Once connected, click on Ordina Servizi Add-On (Order add-on services) in the menu on the left.

It allows you to divide the Hosting service space to manage multiple websites with a single plan. It includes the domain registration (.it, .com, .eu), email service with 5 or 10 email accounts and a simple and effective site builder for creating responsive websites.

Host Pointers can access the databases included in the main plan, but can also be optionally integrated with dedicated databases, accessible from the HostCP control panel.

Complete autonomy

Windows multi-domain plans provide for the activation of a dedicated FTP user for each pointer, in addition to to that of the main plan. Users can be activated in real time directly from the ServerMate, so there is no need to request their activation.

The technical properties can be managed online by both the master account holders and any of their customers, through the HostCP control panel, which can be activated in real time by the MasterCP. Administrative properties of Host Pointers, such as renewal, upgrades, invoicing details, are accessible only to the owner of the multi-domain plan to which it is associated.

Monthly traffic is assigned globally to the multi-domain plan that hosts the various Host Pointers. The websites hosted within the multi-domain plan will be able to share dynamically the amount of traffic available, until the total value included in the main plan is reached.

• (*) The service fee includes the registration or transfer of a domain with one of the extensions listed in the Complete extensions list, identified by the green tick () in the “Included in hosting” column. For domains with different extensions, registration and management must be purchased separetely.
• Features marked 'Optional' can be purchased separetely when ordering or after the activation of the service.
• If payment is made by credit card or PayPal, the purchased service will be activated within 24 hours on weekdays. If the payment is made by bank transfer or postal order, it will be necessary to send us a copy of the payment receipt by fax to the number 055 30312210 or by email to amministrazionehostingsolutions.it, indicating the name of the domain connected to the service purchased.
• After the subscription, you will receive an automatic order confirmation email containing all the necessary documentation to complete the activation of the service. Once the service has been activated, you will receive a confirmation email containing your login credentials for the administration of the service .
