Configure your Virtual Server

The service includes initial server configuration and subsequent system updates to be performed by the technical staff following an express request via ticket system. In this way, direct access to the server (eg ssh access) is not allowed. The assistance with applications is excluded from the service.

The service provides dedicated technical support for all start-up operations for the first 15 days, from the activation of the server.

The service includes geographical security replication of the VPS in one of our colocations in Rome or Siziano (SUPERNAP). Replication is carried out asynchronously on an hourly basis and keeps the history of the last 6 hours. It will only be possible to restore the VPS server from replication in the event of a disaster at the Florence data center, by contacting our technical assistance. Restoration will require the customer to provide access credentials and will be carried out by starting up the most recent clone of the VPS. If the clone cannot be started up, a new VPS will be provided with the clone disk attached as a secondary disk.

The service protects all PHP websites hosted in the Linux VPS. The protection (detection and cleaning) is automatic and is active on code injections and malicious files (e. g. web shells).
