Electronic Invoicing Services with Compliant Digital Preservation (Conservazione Sostitutiva)
Safe Invoice B2B and Safe Invoice B2B Plus plans provide electronic invoicing and compliant digital preservation services for individual companies and professionals. An optional module for creating electronic invoices can be added to either plan.
Who is it for?
Safe Invoice B2B and Safe Invoice B2B Plus are designed for individual companies and professionals that need a complete solution for managing electronic invoicing. The basic Single-Company plan can be combined with optional modules for creating electronic invoices and applying personal digital signatures.
What we offer
Safe Invoice B2B and Safe Invoice B2B Plus services help businesses and professionals meet electronic invoicing requirements while simplifying the entire invoicing process. The plans include:
Basic plan for single company
- Web-based control panel for managing invoice transmission and digital preservation.
- Digital signature of documents to be submitted to the SDI, provided by Genesys Informatica.
- Integration with the Italian Exchange System (SDI – Sistema di Interscambio) for invoice transmission and management of SDI notifications.
- Management of the sales and purchase invoices.
- Import of invoices from external accounting/ERP systems and from the Italian Revenue Agency's “Cassetto Fiscale”.
- Full management of simplified invoices.
- Compliant Digital Preservation of invoices for 10 years in accordance with the law.
- Access to the Italian Revenue Agency's bulk services through our web portal, allowing users to download invoices and receipts in bulk, including issued, received and available invoices.
- NEW For customers using ERP or accounting systems that cannot connect directly to our electronic invoicing platform via API, we provide dedicated software compatible with most operating systems. Once installed and configured locally, the software automatically retrieves invoices from a predefined folder, submits them to the SDI through the Hosting Solutions electronic invoicing platform, and saves the corresponding SDI notifications to designated files.
Below is the list of additional services. To order an additional service, it is necessary to log in to the Control Panel, then click on Order add-on services from the menu on the left.
Optional Modules
- Electronic invoice generator: allows users to create electronic invoices manually. One module is required per end user.
- Public Administration Purchase Order management: enables full management of electronic purchase orders from Italian Public Administrations.
- San Marino module: enables integration with the Republic of San Marino's electronic invoicing system.
Electronic invoice generator
The Electronic Invoice Generator allows users to create electronic invoices, manage customer and product/service records, and view previously issued invoices; it also allows you to create a customer address book and an product/service records, as well as to view the list of invoices already issued.
The electronic invoice generator module can be purchased as an additional service to the Safe Invoice B2B electronic invoicing service.
NSO / Public Administration
In February 2020, electronic processing of Public Administration purchase orders (OdA - Ordini di Acquisto) through the NSO (Nodo Smistamento Ordini) became mandatory for the transactions covered by the applicable regulations.
The dedicated Safe Invoice B2B add-on module supports the electronic transmission and receipt of purchase orders and related responses through the NSO. Specifically, our services allow you to:
- manage simple orders
- manage complete orders
- create and manage pre-agreed orders
The NSO add-on modules can be purchased as additional services to the electronic invoicing service from our control panel.
San Marino
Optional module enabling companies to interface with the Republic of San Marino's HUB-SM electronic invoicing system.
