The Digital Signature for your business documents
The Qualified Electronic Seal (also called eSeal) is a qualified electronic signature issued by a Certification Authority for a legal entity, which certifies the origin and integrity of an IT document.
The European eIDAS regulation recognises the Qualified Electronic Seal in all EU member states.
Our Qualified Electronic Seal is stored in the HSM (Hardware Security Model) of the Namirial Certification Authority and can be used on computers and mobile systems, such as smartphones and tablets.
When is an Electronic Seal needed?
The use of a Qualified Electronic Seal protects a legal entity (e.g. a company) from risks such as falsification or alteration of documents issued by it. Companies can use an electronic seal, for example, to sign electronic invoices, to sign contracts and commercial agreements with partners and suppliers, to protect creative works (photographs, drawings, etc.) and for authentication of company digital assets (e.g. software).
