Archivia Online Multi-Company plans are designed to meet the needs of those who manage the activities of multiple companies, such as resellers, accountants and software houses. Here are some examples:
- Resellers and software houses that already offer their customers ERP, invoicing or other business management systems can integrate Hosting Solutions' digital preservation service via API or web services, enabling the compliant preservation of their customers' tax documents.
- Accountants managing electronic invoicing for multiple companies and professionals can integrate the Multi-Company service into their own systems via API or web services, automating the digital preservation process.
What we offer
All Archivia Online Multi-Company plans are designed to help organizations and professionals meet regulatory requirements while simplifying the management and preservation of tax and administrative documents for multiple companies. The plans include:
- Web-based control panel for managing the entire document submission and preservation process.
- Compliant digital preservation for 10 years.
- Automatic digital preservation operations: 2 per year, per company.
- Dynamic allocation of resources across companies.
- API and Web-Service for integrating the service with external or existing applications.
