Payment

Payment for services must be made in advance for both activation and renewal.

Hosting Solutions reserves the right to change the prices of the services at any time. Such changes will be applicable from the first renewal immediately following the changes.

Invoices are delivered in electronic format via email to the email address provided by the Customer.
Hosting Solutions does not send invoices in paper form or by fax.

Duration

The duration of the contract may vary depending on the service purchased: for example, for domain registration and web hosting services it lasts 12 months (365 days), while monthly, quarterly, six-monthly or yearly for Virtual Servers, Dedicated Servers, Storage.

The duration starts from the day the service is activated.

The activation date and expiry date of each service can be viewed on the control panel by logging in with your credentials. The control panel can be reached at https://pdc.hostingsolutions.it/MasterCp/.
