General Terms and Conditions of Use of Services

Regulation of Services

1. Scope of Application

The services provided may only be used for lawful purposes and in full compliance with all applicable national and international laws and regulations.
By using these services, the user acknowledges and agrees to comply with these terms and conditions in their entirety.

2. Right of Suspension and Termination

The Provider reserves the right to suspend, restrict or terminate the provision of its services, in whole or in part and without prior notice, including the deactivation or cancellation of the user’s account, in the event of any breach of these terms and conditions or conduct that is deemed incompatible with the proper, secure or lawful use of the platform.
In the event of suspension or termination resulting from the user’s breach, no refunds will be issued for any unused portion of the service period.

3. Content Management

The Provider personnel do not access data and content uploaded or managed by Clients, except where required by law or where strictly necessary to perform technical maintenance or support activities. The Client remains the sole owner of, and fully responsible for, all data and content uploaded, transmitted or published through the services.

4. Updates to the Terms and Conditions

The Provider reserves the right to modify, supplement or update these General Terms and Conditions of use at any time, including to ensure compliance with applicable laws or regulations or for technical, organizational or service improvement purposes.
Any changes will be published on the Provider’s official website in the Regulations section and will become effective as of the date of publication.

5. Prohibited Content

The publication, distribution or storage of any material that violates applicable laws or infringes the rights of third parties is strictly prohibited. This includes, but is not limited to:

  • content protected by copyright or other intellectual property rights without proper authorization;
  • offensive or discriminatory material;
  • personal or sensitive data published without the required consent;
  • information protected by professional secrecy or confidentiality obligations;
  • content that promotes, encourages or facilitates illegal, violent or harmful activities.

6. Prohibited Activities

It is expressly prohibited to:

  • use the Services to send unsolicited or bulk communications (SPAM), conduct unauthorized mailing activities or send messages in violation of applicable laws and regulations;
  • distribute, make available, install or use software, content or IT tools in violation of intellectual or industrial property rights, including modified software, unauthorized copies or systems designed to circumvent protection or licensing mechanisms;
  • attempt to gain unauthorized access to third-party systems, networks, accounts, or data (including hacking), or perform unauthorized scanning, interception, manipulation, or alteration of data or network traffic;
  • use the Services to distribute malware, viruses, ransomware, trojans, phishing content or engage in any fraudulent activity or activity that may compromise the security, confidentiality, or integrity of systems and data;
  • engage in activities that may compromise the integrity, security, or availability of the Provider’s infrastructure or that of third parties, including but not limited to DDoS attacks, abuse of system resources, abnormal usage patterns, or use that does not comply with the technical specifications of the Service;
  • publish, transmit or make available content that is illegal, defamatory, offensive, discriminatory, or otherwise contrary to public order;
  • use the Services for fraudulent purposes or for activities that violate the rights of third parties, including rights relating to privacy, personal data protection or intellectual property.

7. Security and User Responsibility

The Client is solely responsible for:

  • the security, integrity, accuracy and lawfulness of all data and content stored, transmitted or published through the Services;
  • implementing appropriate security measures to protect their systems, applications and data, including performing regular backups, unless otherwise expressly agreed with the Provider;
  • safeguarding and maintaining the confidentiality of access credentials, as well as any misuse of such credentials by third parties;
  • promptly notifying the Provider of any unauthorized access, security breach or or misuse of the Services of which the Client becomes aware;
  • keeping all software, applications, plugins, extensions or content management systems (CMS), such as WordPress, Joomla, or similar platforms — installed or used within the Services properly updated;
  • correctly configuring the Services used n accordance with the technical specifications and guidelines provided by the Provider.

If obsolete or vulnerable software, misconfigurations, or other conditions are identified that could compromise the security of the Infrastructure or third parties, the Provider reserves the right to suspend, restrict, or require corrective action on the affected Service until the issue has been resolved. Such measures shall not give rise to any liability on the part of the Provider.

8. Data and Privacy

The Client is solely responsible for any processing of personal data carried out through the Services and undertakes to ensure that such processing complies with all applicable laws and regulations, including those relating to data protection.
The Client acknowledges that any Content and data made publicly available via the Internet may, by its nature, be accessible to third parties. The Customer therefore agrees to configure and use the Services appropriately to restrict access to authorised parties where necessary.
does not carry out any prior monitoring or control of the Content uploaded or transmitted by the Client and shall not be held liable for such Content, without prejudice to its right to take action where required by applicable law or under these Terms and Conditions.

9. Resellers

A Client acting as a Reseller shall be responsible for the use of the Services provided by the Provider by its own customers and End Users.
In particular, the Reseller undertakes to:

  • inform its customers of these Terms and Conditions, as well as any other provisions applicable to the Services and ensure their compliance therewith;
  • ensure that the Services are used in accordance with applicable laws and contractual provisions;
  • promptly cooperate with the Provider in the event of reports, abuses, violations or requests from competent authorities;
  • take all necessary measures to prevent or cease any unlawful or non-compliant use of the Services by its customers.

In all cases, the Reseller shall remain directly liable towards the Provider for any use of the Services carried out through its account or resources, including where such use is performed by its customers or by third parties.

Any failure by the Reseller to cooperate, or any omission in addressing breaches, shall constitute a material breach of contract and may result in the suspension or termination of the Services, without prejudice to the Provider’s right to seek compensation for any resulting damages.
