Here are the latest important innovations introduced in recent months and events:

New Control Panel and Ticket System

Since 31st January, the new ServerMate Control Panel for technical and administrative management of all services and the new Ticket System are online. This important update includes a modern graphic design, also optimised for mobile devices such as smartphones and tablets.
After an initial fine-tuning phase, the two applications will also be developed with new features to be released in the coming months.

NextStorage services: fee reduction

We have significantly reduced the monthly fee for the services of NextStorage, Hosting Solutions' Nextcloud-based file synchronisation and sharing platform. This reduction has been made on all available list prices and is active for both new subscriptions and renewals.

Special offers

Here are the special offers currently running:

  • Hosting PROMO: -40% on Hosting Linux plans (excluding Smart plan), Windows Hosting plans (excluding Smart plan), CMS Hosting plans and E-commerce Hosting plans, for the first year. The offer is valid until 31 March.
  • PEC PROMO : 1 GB PEC account on @mypcert.it domain or on certified domain for only 7,00 Euro + VAT for the first year. Offer valid until 31 March.
  • Domain PROMO: check out all the extensions on offer in our Extensions price list

    • DKIM record and new features for Shared Email services

    We have introduced two important new features for email services:

  • The DKIM record, which until now could only be set for the 'Unlimited messages SMTP' and for 'Dedicated Mail Servers', will also be available free of charge (on request) for all other email services, including for the free SMTP.
  • The maximum size of Shared Email accounts has been increased from 15 GB to 20 GB. To icrease an email account to 20 GB, it is necessary to have the available space and to open a ticket from the control panel to request this change.

    • New CPUs for VPSs

    A major upgrade of VPS services infrastructure is currently underway to replace CPUs with le latest generation of high-speed processors. This upgrade will result in a significant increase in the performance of all VPS services and will be completed by the end of March.
