To purchase the secondary MX service, you must indicate the name of the domain to which it is to be associated, in the box on the order page. We will then send you an e-mail with all the necessary details to configure the service. We will then send you by email all the details you need to configure the service.

If the domain or the email accounts are hosted on third-party servers, the customer must be the owner of the domain (or otherwise authorised by the owner of the domain) and enabled to change the DNS settings of such domain.
