Certifications

In recent months, procedures have begun to obtain two new certifications for the standards:
- ISO/IEC 27035, for information security incident management;
- ISO/IEC 20000-1, for IT service management: it defines the requirements for ensuring high-quality IT services that meet customers' needs.
Both certifications are expected to be achieved by the end of January 2025..

Qualified Electronic Seal

A new service is now available among our Trust Services: the Qualified Electronic Seal, developed for legal entities, which enables them to digitally sign documents in a qualified manner. The service can be purchased for periods of one, three or six years.

News on the Electronic Archive

As of 15 December 2024 the National Electronic Register for Waste Traceability (RENTRI) will come into operation: this is the chronological register of loading and unloading that businesses in the sector will be required to use from 13/02/2025. The entire loading and unloading chronological register for the year 2025 will then have to be archived by 31/12/2026 in xml format and kept legally and digitally archived for at least 3 years.
All our Electronic Invoicing and Electronic Archiving services are already prepared for the new procedures and requirements.

Prices currently being updated

As of 1st December, the fees for Plesk, Acronis (VM license) and Microsoft Windows Server Data Center Edition services will increase in line with the increments applied by the respective providers.
