When you purchase the Acronis Backup service, our system automatically sends you an activation email with the following characteristics:
- sender: helpdeskhostingsolutions.it
- Subject: del tipo Activation confirmation - Acronis Backup license
- message text, such as the following:

Per accedere al servizio Acronis Backup è necessario cliccare sul seguente url:

Sono state configurate due tipologie di accessi:

Partner:

Utente Partner: XXXXXXX 
Password Partner: XXXXXXX

Accedendo con questo utente è possibile creare e gestire gli utenti di tipo Client. Questo accesso è
dedicato a chi desidera gestire da un’unica interfaccia i backup di più aziende/clienti.

Client:

Utente Client: XXXXXXX 
Password Client: XXXXXX

Abbiamo già predisposto il primo utente Client attraverso il quale sarà possibile creare e configurare le 
procedure di backup in base alle licenze Acronis acquistate.

Per predisporre un backup è necessario loggarsi come utente Client, scaricare l'agent relativo al 
sistema operativo scelto, installare l'agent sulla macchina della quale si desidera effettuare il backup 
e specificare durante l'installazione dell'agent le credenziali dell'utente Client. Effettuata 
l’istallazione dell’Agent sarà sufficiente accedere nuovamente al pannello web di Acronis e creare le 
proprie procedure di backup.

Per ambedue gli utenti avete già ricevuto una mail di conferma dall’indirizzo email noreply-abc@acronis.com, 
vi chiediamo di cliccare sul link contenuto nella mail.

Initially, the email address associated with the service purchased is servizioclientihostingsolutions.it from Hosting Solutions. In order to change it, two more emails will be subsequently delivered directly from the Acronis service (sender: noreply-abc@acronis.com), one for each user created upon activation of the service (Partner User and Client User, as per the email text above): these emails are used to set the correct email address for both users and contain, in fact, a button to click (Change email); the click will take the user to a specific page of the Acronis panel for setting the correct email.

The Acronis Backup control panel is available to registered users at https://cloud.acronis.com: the credentials to access are those provided in the service activation email (see above), in particular the LOGIN field corresponds to the username and PASSWORD obviously to the password. Click on Next to access.

If the credentials entered are correct, to access in the section where you can back up devices and schedule backup operations:

Clicking on Manage account takes you to the section where you can monitor all the devices associated with the service, view client usage statistics, groups and customise the information included in the reports.
