PrePay is a prepaid credit account associated with the Customer's account in the Control Panel, which can be used to purchase or renew our services.
The available credit amounts are divided into the following denominations:

• PrePay - 50 Euro Order now
• PrePay - 100 Euro Order now
• PrePay - 250 Euro Order now
• PrePay - 500 Euro Order now
• PrePay - 1000 Euro Order now
• PrePay - 2000 Euro Order now
• PrePay - 5000 Euro Order now

Advantages of the PrePay payment method

- Immediate 2% discount on the amount of the transaction.

- Discount on the purchase of domains according to the prepaid credit available on the control panel. It is possible to benefit from the discount ranges provided for the purchase of multiple domains even if the number of domains purchased is lower than the number requested by the range, following this pattern:

• 250 - 499 Euros available, access to the 21-50 domains discount range
• 500 - 999 Euros available, access to the 51-100 domains discount range
• over 1000 Euros available, access to the 101-500 domains discount range

- Automatic renewal available - This payment method enables automatic renewal of services, which will be renewed before their expiration date, provided that the prepaid credit balance is sufficient.

Frequently asked questions

Can I top up any amount?
Top-ups are available in various denominations, ranging from a minimum of 50 Euro to a maximum of 5000 Euro. It is only possible to charge amounts other than the specified denominations by purchasing several PrePay packages at the same time in order to obtain the desired amount with the sum of the packages.

My balance is not enough to pay for all services; can I pay partly with PrePay and partly with another payment method?
No, it is not possible to pay in different ways for a single order. Multiple orders will have to be placed or another prepaid amount loaded in advance.

What happens to services for which I have set up automatic renewal with PrePay if I have no available balance when they expire?
A few days before the payment is due, the auto-renewal system sends a warning email to remind you to check availability and avoid any inconveniences related to exceeding the credit threshold. If, however, the payment is unsuccessful at the time of renewal, the system will automatically continue to make further attempts in the 5 days before expiry, until the first successful outcome. Obviously, if at the end of 5 days none of the attempts has been successful, the service will not be renewed..

How is invoicing done in the PrePay method?
For each PrePay top-up purchase, an invoice is sent for the amount paid. Also, an additional zero balance invoice will be sent monthly to account for the transactions on the prepaid account.

Where can I find my list of purchases and transactions related to my PrePay balance?
All transactions are tracked and documented in the control panel. In the Prepaid Recharge section in the menu on the left you can view the transactions, see the details and export everything to an Excel file.

Can I request a refund of unused residual credit?
No, prepaid credit cannot be refunded.
