Guide to webmail from mobile devices

You can also check and manage your email accounts using mobile devices. Hosting Solutions provides a simple web interface (Roundcube webmail) for this purpose, which can be accessed at the following address:

Obviously, the first step to log in is to provide the account's credentials (see image):

• Username: username of the account in the full format username@mydomain.it;
• Password: password associated with the account.

Once logged in, the interface is very simple and intuitive, as can be seen in the image below.

Checking email messages

In the top left-hand corner, there is a button that opens the main menu of the application (Inbox, Sent Items, Deleted Items, etc.).

By clicking on the required menu item, you can access the folder containing arrived messages (Inbox), sent messages (Sent Items), deleted messages (Deleted Items) and other personalised folders.

Writing and sending a message

To write a new e-mail, simply click on the New Email button in the main menu or, without entering the main menu, click on the round button at the bottom right showing a pen on the main page

As you can see from the following image, the application requires at least this information to send the new message:

• Subject: email title
• Body: actual content of the email

optionally, you can also provide:

• Add CC: addition of a recipient who reads in copy
• Add BCC: addition of a recipient who reads in hidden copy

Lastly, you must click on the top right button showing the arrow to send the message.
