What is Legal Digital Archiving (Conservazione Sostitutiva)?
				Legal Digital Archiving is the process of preserving an electronic document for 10 years in accordance with the law. With the Legal Archiving, paper documents lose their legal value, which is acquired by the electronic document.
It is possible to legally archive any electronic document and, in general, all fiscal documents and accounting books such as, for example:
- active and passive electronic invoices
- invoices for the sale and purchase of materials
- transport documents and delivery notes
- tax and VAT return forms
- F24 payment models
- VAT sales and purchase registers
- register of fees
- accounting ledgers

- Accountant managing electronic invoicing for several companies/freelancers. By purchasing the Multi-Company service, the Accountant can integrate (via API/Web-Service) the functions of the service into his own system, automating and completing the digital conservation process.
- Single company/Single freelancer. The individual company or freelancer can acquire the complete system for managing the legal digital archiving process by purchasing a basic plan (Single Company).
