What is Compliant Digital Preservation (Conservazione Sostitutiva)?

Compliant Digital Preservation is the regulated process used in Italy to preserve an electronic document for 10 years in accordance with the law. With the Compliant Digital Preservation, paper documents lose their legal value, which is acquired by the electronic document.

It is possible to legally preserve a wide range of electronic document and, in general, all tax documents and accounting books such as, for example:

• sales and purchase e-invoices
• invoices for the sale and purchase of materials
• transport documents and delivery notes
• tax and VAT return forms
• F24 tax payment models
• VAT sales and purchase registers
• register of fees
• accounting ledgers
• national electronic register for waste traceability, RENTRI

Who it is for

Below are some of the people to whom our offer is addressed.

• Resellers and software houses that already provide their customers with a system (ERP, management, etc.) that produces electronic invoices. The Reseller, therefore, can integrate (via API/Web-Service) the basic service of Hosting Solutions, completing in this way the process of legally and digitally preserve the customer's tax documents.
• Accountant managing electronic invoicing for several companies/freelancers. By purchasing the Multi-Company service, the Accountant can integrate (via API/Web-Service) theservice features into his own system, automating and completing the digital preservation process.
• Individual companies/Freelancers. The individual company or freelancer can acquire the complete system for managing the legally compliant digital preservation process by purchasing a basic plan (Single Company).
